Insert or remove page numbers – Word.Word Page Numbers
I’m trying to put a header in my document that shows the page number e. I started entering the header. When I clicked on “page number” and then “current position”, Word stopped working — it bombed out completely.
I have tried this several times now and gotten the same result. What is going on here? Threats include any threat of suicide, violence, or harm to another. Any content of an adult theme or inappropriate to a community web site. Any image, link, or discussion of nudity. Any behavior that is insulting, rude, vulgar, desecrating, or showing disrespect. Any behavior that appears to violate End user license agreements, including providing product keys or links to pirated software.

I cannot replicate that problem with , so I do not think that it is a bug. Try the following: With the selection at the desired place in the header, type the word “Page” with a space after it.
